The Wolves will play a game in December. It maybe on December 1st, but December is December.

"That's a big deal to us as a coaching staff. It's a big deal to our kids. Anytime you're playing December football, whether it's December 1st or December 25th, it's a good day to play football. Not a whole lot of teams get to play December football. It's my first time in December. So, I'm excited by it. I know the fans that travel to see us are tickled to death we're going to play another game. Our band gets to learn some Christmas songs, and start playing them at the game. It's a great time to be playing football and it's the first week in December," said head coach Frank D. Johnson."

The Wolves play their December playoff game on Saturday night at 6 in Woodrow against Abernathy. Colorado City is 9-3. Abernathy is 10-2.
