KRBC AM Forecast: Friday, November 17, 2017

This Morning: Mild to start the day once again with temperatures in the upper 50s and low to mid 60s with mostly clear skies and a few passing clouds across the Big Country. Also, some may be waking up to some dew on the windshield from overnight with dew points creeping their way back up. Winds starting to get breezy out of the southwest as well, anywhere form 5 to 15 mph and gusts up to 20 and 25 mph in some locations.

This Afternoon: *Record highs possible this afternoon.* Breezy southwesterly winds through the day will help to bring in very unseasonably hot air into the Big Country with highs in the mid and upper 80s this afternoon with sunny to mostly sunny skies. 86° for a high in Abilene would tie a record high going back to 1938!

Tonight: We'll down into the lower 70s and upper 60s tonight for the kickoff of Friday night football, but overnight lows will be in the lower 60s and upper 50s with mostly clear skies. Early Saturday morning, our next cold front will start to enter the northern Big Country and drift southward through the day on Saturday.

Average High: 66°
Average Low: 42°

Sunrise: 7:10 a.m.
Sunset: 5:37 p.m.
