KRBC AM Forecast: Wednesday, November 15, 2017

This Morning: Another mild start to the morning with temperatures starting out in the 60s for most of us, a few upper 50s in the northwestern Big Country where our cold front today has starting moving through. Winds are out of the south, except for those behind the cold front already, and a bit breezy, anywhere from 10 to 20 mph with gusts as high as 25 mph.

This Afternoon: By this afternoon, the cold front will have moved through most of the Big Country brining with it Stratus clouds and a light rain chance behind it. If we see rain, it will be very light and little accumulation is expected, however, it may be just enough to warrant an umbrella later this afternoon and into the late evening hours. Highs today will be kept cooler, only a few degrees warmer than this morning, in the mid 60s for most, possibly a few 70s in the southeastern Big Country.

Tonight: Light rain chances my persist into the later evening, early overnight hours, especially for those further south. Otherwise, northerly winds will be 5 to 15 mph with mostly cloudy skies and lows tonight dipping down to around 50 degrees.

Average High: 67°
Average Low: 43°

Sunrise: 7:08 a.m.
Sunset: 5:38 p.m.
