Cloudy, drizzle and fog is in the forecast for Tuesday night and Wednesday morning.  In addition, light rain is expected to develop during the overnight hours and as temperatures drop to below freezing some light sleet could mix in.  While widespread travel issues are not expected, patches of ice on bridges and overpasses should be expected.  Lows in the upper 20's by Wednesday morning with highs only in the middle 30's Wednesday afternoon.  Northeast wind 10 to 15 will make temperatures feel like the 20's Wednesday.  The moisture is over by Wednesday evening, skies gradually start to clear going into Thursday, lows upper 20's Thursday morning so any moisture left on roads could re-freeze.  Highs on Thursday near 60 with middle 70's returning for Friday and Saturday.
