KRBC PM Forecast: Monday, August 5, 2013
By Randy Turner
Temperatures at or just above 100 degrees are in the forecast through Thursday, with a slight cool down Friday through the weekend. We're waiting on a weak cool front to drop into the area late Thursday or Thursday night which could cause a few showers or storms Thursday night into Friday. The rain chance is only about 20 percent aerial coverage. Temperatures should fall about five degrees from Friday through the weekend, into the mid to upper 90's, instead of the low 100's. Overall, a very static weather pattern for the next 10 days with only the front at the end of the week to change things up.
