As of late Sunday night at 10:45pm, showers and thunderstorms were regenerating across Coleman and Brown County.  In addition, showers and storms may develop overnight in west and southwest Texas and move toward the Big Country.  There is still a very good chance for heavy rain, another 1 to 3 inches or more may fall Monday through Tuesday across the Big Country.  Flash flooding is a concern as saturated ground will result in swift runoff during heavier rain.  Lake levels were slowly coming up in most lakes...Lake Ivie receiving good runoff from the Concho and Colorado Rivers.  Lake Fort Phantom has caught a few inches, Hubbard Creek not much improvement at all, yet.  I'll leave a slight chance for rain in the forecast through Wednesday but Monday, Monday night and Tuesday will be when most of the rain will fall.  Temperatures near 80 can be expected on Memorial Day except cooler in rainy areas.
