The forecast is for hot weather to continue into early next week.  The high pressure ridge, which is causing the heat, will be moving west about next Tuesday, allowing fronts from the north to drop into the Big Country, with a gradual cool down Tuesday through the end of next week.  Showers or storms are expected to be scattered around the area Tuesday through Thursday with highs falling by about 10 degrees or more.
