The strong wind will persist through Thursday evening across the Big Country. With the wind being from the west, that means dry air, which means high wildfire danger. A Fire Weather Watch will be in effect Thursday afternoon and evening as highs approach 85 and humidity ranges from 10 to 15 percent. Mostly sunny skies Friday, Saturday and Sunday with highs around 82 Friday, 77 Saturday and 82 Sunday. Morning lows in the upper 40's this weekend.
