KTAB Regional Forecast Heartland: AM June 27th, 2014
Today will be warm with highs in the low 90’s plus a high muggy feel. Dewpoints will be in the upper 60’s, so almost feeling like a sauna by this afternoon. Best chance for rain today will be west of Sweetwater, with severe threat staying in the Pan Handle. An area of low pressure will move eastbound today keeping rain chances to our north. We’ll just see a few clouds here in the Big Country. Saturday will be warm as well with storm chances in the Pan Handle. By Sunday the low will be well out of the region and the heat will take over. Highs on Sunday will be in the mid 90’s and the warming trend continues into next week. By Monday will be in the upper 90’s. Have a great day!
