KTAB Regional Forecast Western Big Country: AM April 17th, 2014
More cloud cover will keep temperatures slightly cooler this afternoon. Highs on Thursday will be in the mid to upper 60’s. Best chance for rain will be east of Abilene, and rain will be very brief or short lived. Amounts will be less than a tenth of an inch. We have a much better chance for rain over the weekend. Saturday morning will be dry with the weather getting more active as the day goes on and straight through Easter morning. Lunchtime on Sunday will be dry but another round showers and thunderstorms are possible in the evening and overnight. Some of the storms Sunday evening could be on the strong side. Highs will get much warmer next week, with 80’s likely.
