KTAB Regional Forecast Western Big Country: AM January 31st, 2014
Southerly flow will keep us warm today with morning lows in the 40’s and afternoon highs forecasted to be in the upper 70’s, if not the low 80’s. We’ll see a mix of sun clouds throughout today, all in advance of our next cold front. The front will move through Saturday afternoon dropping temperatures for the remainder of the weekend. Highs will be met Sunday morning with temperatures dropping just below the freezing mark Sunday night. Light rain is in the forecast north of I-20 Sunday morning with a brief switch over to snow in the evening. No accumulations are expected with this system. Just some cold wet rain is in the forecast for Monday and Tuesday. Crossing my fingers for rain.
