KTAB Regional Forecast Western Big Country: AM July 1st, 2014
We do have a slight chance for showers and storms today, basically along and north of the I-20 corridor. The main push of rain today will start around dinner time and then slowly move southeast before fizzling out early Wednesday morning. More rain redevelops Wednesday afternoon; this will give Abilene another second chance for rain. If we don’t see any rain in Taylor County today we have a better chance tomorrow. The timing of the front is key with today’s forecast. Rain chances move south on Thursday. The holiday weekend looks dry and warm with highs in the mid 90’s with lots of sunshine.
