Katherine and her family moved to the Key City when she was only four years old. After graduating from Abilene High School she became a loud and proud member of the Fightin’ Texas Aggie Class of 2018! Whoop! She graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in communication and journalism and wrote for Texas A&M’s newspaper The Battalion. One day she hopes to become a correspondent for a national broadcast station. Katherine interned for KRBC in 2017 and joined the team full-time in 2018 as a multi-media journalist, moving up to weekend anchor in 2019. In her spare time she enjoys running, watching Netflix originals and eating as much Ben and Jerry’s non-dairy ice cream as she can.
