Stacie is a true Texas native, born and raised in Iowa Park, Texas. She is a graduate of Texas Tech University where she earned a bachelor’s in broadcast journalism. From a young age, Stacie was always curious and it’s what led her to a career in journalism.
Stacie got her start here in Abilene as an investigative and crime reporter for KTAB. She eventually moved her way up to host of KTAB 4U and co-anchor for the 5 pm and 10 pm newscasts.
While working in the Key City, Stacie met her now-husband, John Mark. Stacie also became a stepmom in the process to her stepson, John Mark Jr.
Stacie is also an animal lover and she and her boys have a cat named Cornelius, a Boxer named Xena and several saltwater fish.
Stacie and her family are big on volunteering and are currently involved in Big Brothers Big Sisters.
When not at work, you can find Stacie in the kitchen cooking for her family, at the gym or spending time with her boys and animals.
Even as a full-time anchor, she still loves the thrill of finding a good story.
