Abilene man arrested for 2 kilograms of meth, valued at $100,000

ABILENE, Texas (KTAB/KRBC) – An Abilene man has been arrested for having about 2 kilograms of meth, valued at $100,000.

Darnell Randolph Collier, 35, was taken into custody on Federal charges after members of the Taylor County Sheriff’s Office found the meth, a vehicle, and cash during a search warrant execution at his home on the 3000 block of Green Acres Monday evening.

He is being held in the Taylor County Jail without bond. 

2 kilograms of meth, which the Sheriff’s Office says has a street value of $100,000, is equal to about 4.4 pounds.
