(KXAN) — Certain cartons of almond milk are being recalled because they could contain real milk, the FDA says.

More than 145,000 half-gallon cartons of Vanilla Almond Breeze almond milk is being pulled in 28 states, including Texas. The products could contain milk and are safe for those who are not allergic to milk to drink. The FDA says one person has reported an allergic reaction but did not have to go to the hospital.

The recall applies to cartons with a use-by date of Sept. 2 and a Universal Product Code of 41570 05621:

People who bought the almond milk can return it to where they bought it for a full refund or exchange or go to Blue Diamond’s website.
