Friday: Another hot and humid day is ahead across the Big Country and the Heartland. It will be another mostly sunny day, although expect a few more fair-weather clouds around throughout the day. High temperatures today will reach the low 90s. A SSE wind 5-15 MPH will once again help to keep a bit of a breeze going today, which will help to somewhat mask the building humidity. A mix of sun and clouds will take us into the evening hours. Temperatures will fall to the upper 70s.
Friday Night: Showers and thunderstorms will develop to our west late Friday afternoon and into the evening. A small coverage of the western Big Country could see some showers or weak thunderstorms overnight. Skies will be mostly cloudy in the west, but partly cloudy elsewhere. Lows will fall back to the upper 60s.
Saturday: Saturday will be another very warm day. Skies will be partly cloudy, with a mix of sunshine and clouds throughout the day. Highs will be in the low 90s once again. A chance for showers and some thunderstorms will be around again Saturday afternoon and evening. The best chances for any rain on Saturday will once again be in the western and northern Big Country.
Looking Ahead: Chances for afternoon showers and non-severe storms will remain in the forecast through Monday.
