ABILENE, Texas (KTAB/KRBC) – An Abilene man accused of sexually assaulting a child has been arrested, according to the Taylor County Sheriff’s Office.
Joshua Henderson, 32, was arrested and charged with Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child around 2:15 p.m. Wednesday afternoon.
Court documents state a child made an outcry to an adult at school in May, saying Henderson would “take her clothes off and then take nude pictures of her.”
The child also described multiple events of inappropriate touches and sexual assaults that took place in August of 2015, according to the documents, which state the child described a specific incident where Henderson “tied her up with a rope, put gray tape over her mouth, and continued to touch her [inappropriately]” because she said she didn’t like music he was playing.
Henderson has been booked into the Taylor County Jail on a $100,000 bond.
