ABILENE, Texas (KTAB/KRBC) – The B-1B Lancer fleet has resumed flights after being grounded for a safety issue in late March.
According to Military.com, the fleet resumed flights earlier this week after a potentially dangerous issue involving ejector seats forced them to be grounded while inspections and maintenance were performed.
The bombers were also grounded in the summer of 2018 for a similar issue that was not connected to the most recent grounding, according to officials.
