BROWNWOOD, Texas (KTAB/KRBC) - The Brownwood Jaycees are prepping for their springtime fair and expo.
The 55th Lone Star Fair and Expo and rattlesnake roundup starts Friday at the Brownwood Coliseum.
The building will be filled with snakes this weekend, but that's not all, as trick roper Loop Rawlins, a quarterfinalist from America's Got Talent, will be performing throughout the weekend as well.
"I'm excited because this is my first time doing an event like this and my first time in Brownwood, and when they told me there were rattlesnakes that kind of frightened me, but luckily I'm not performing in the rattlesnake pit so I'm on the stage next to it," Rawlins said.
The fair and expo will start Friday at 3 p.m. in the Brownwood Coliseum.
