CBP confiscates $364,000 in liquid meth at border

LAREDO, Texas (KTAB/KRBC) – KENS 5 news in San Antonio reports that Customs and Border Protection agents seized a sizable amount of liquid meth at an international bridge on Tuesday.

CBP officials at the Laredo-Juarez International Bridge stopped a 2001 Isuzu rodeo trying to cross into the U.S.

After an inspection, officers discovered 12 bottles filled with suspected liquid meth weighing in at approximately 18 pounds, according to KENS 5.

The drugs had an estimated street worth of around $364,000.

KENS 5 reports that the drugs and the suspect were turned over to U.S. Immigrations and Customs Enforcement-Homeland Security Investigations.
