Colorado City hosts Fourth of July Fly-In Breakfast

Main News

COLORADO CITY, Texas (KTAB) – Pilots from all across Texas flew in to Colorado City early Wednesday morning for the 56th annual Fly-In Breakfast to celebrate the Fourth of July.

Despite an extremely early start time, the breakfast drew in a very large crowd.

Volunteer Bobby Lemons has been assisting with the event for nearly 50 years, and has made many friendships through volunteering that still stand today.

Hosted by the Colorado City Chamber of Commerce, the breakfast was free for all pilots, and $5 per person for non-pilots.
