ABILENE, Texas (KTAB/KRBC) – A date has been set for the Abilene City Council Place 5 runoff election.
Incumbent Kyle McAlister squares off against Cory Clements for the spot on Place 5 of the Abilene City Council after neither candidate received a majority of the votes in the May 4 election.
Early voting will begin June 3, with election day set for June 15.
May 16 is the last day to register for the runoff, and June 4 is the last day to receive an application for ballot by mail.
