ABILENE, Texas (KTAB/KRBC) - An Abilene man accused of uploading pornography of an infant to Facebook has been indicted.
Paulin Yagina Gatchoua was indicted Thursday for Possession of Child Pornography with Intent to Promote and Possession of Child Pornography.
Court documents state police arrested Gatchoua in June after an IP address used to upload a pornographic video of a 7-week-old infant to Facebook was traced to to his home.
A search warrant was executed at the residence, and the documents state the pornographic video uploaded to Facebook was located on Gatchoua's phone.
During a recorded interview with police, Gatchoua "admitted to uploaded the video and showing the video to people from his phone," according to the documents.
