McMurry University’s Gypsy Ted Art Gallery makes a comeback

Main News

Just in time for McMurry University’s homecoming, comes Gypsy Ted II!

You may recall, the original Gypsy Ted Art Gallery building had to be demolished earlier this summer due to not being safe.

Fret not because Gypsy Ted Art Gallery II is scheduled to open Friday!

The art gallery has moved into the first floor of Old Main, sporting a new look.

KRBC got a preview of the gallery on Thursday.

The new gallery will be rocking a piece of the original building.

The gallery took about one month to prepare.

Students were seen putting up the finishing touches.

The students in the Arts Department are excited to present their new gallery to the public.

The art gallery will be open to the public on Friday in Old Main from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. as part of the university’s homecoming celebrations.
