BLANKET, Texas (KTAB/KRBC) – Five mailboxes belonging to residents in Blanket, Texas have been reported damaged from what was believed to be a baseball bat, according to a Brown County Sheriff’s Office incident report.

The damage reports were made to the sheriff’s office from five different addresses on Monday, meaning the damages could have been inflicted early that morning or Sunday night.

Reports were made from multiple roads in the blanket area, suggesting that the individual(s) did not stay in the same exact area, and that the acts were random.

There are currently no suspects in the case, according to the report.
