LUBBOCK, TX (everythinglubbock.com) — Viewers provided photographs and descriptions of large vehicles seen Thursday in Lubbock which were labeled as “Mutation Response Vehicles.”

After digging around on the Internet, EverythingLubbock.com found information about the vehicles on pathogentrackers.com

According to this website, the trucks which are featured in the website’s videos and images, are used at Black Rock City.  That’s a reference to the Burning Man Festival in the Black Rock Desert in Nevada.

The website said, “Our Mutation Response Vehicles aid in our benevolent mission and serve as a base of operations so that we may help replenish the spirit and quelch the hunger of others.”

These same vehicles were seen in Florida recently making people scared about a possible Zika outbreak.  But according to multiple accounts on the Internet, the trucks have nothing do with any disease.
