A train derailed in central Abilene Thursday morning.
Around 10:00 a.m., two cargo cars travelling down the Union Pacific railroad came off their tracks near the intersection of Treadaway and South First.
The cars are still upright and not blocking traffic.
BigCountryHomepage’s reporter on scene says it looks like there’s a break in the tracks ahead of the derailment scene.
