Bryan Conover resigned as Cooper’s head basketball coach on Wednesday.
Conover leaves the program in better shape than when he took over.
He led the Cougars to the playoffs the last five seasons.
Conover was 54-31 in the last three seasons as the Cougars head coach, and he helped lead Cooper to a pair of district championships in that time.
The search for his replacement is underway.
