Morning cold front… quiet weather for the next week…
A cold front is drifting south across the Big Country this morning bringing with it cooler weather. Temperatures are in the 50s ahead of it and the 40s behind it. Winds are still breezy this morning with gusts up to 30 mph. There is some haze too this morning from the blowing dust yesterday.
Temperatures stay cooler this afternoon, but with sunny skies and still staying breezy. Cooler weather settles in through Saturday. There will be a small chance for rain in the northern Big Country late Saturday night. Next week will continue to stay quiet as temperatures warm back into the 60s for St. Patrick’s Day.

Tonight: Clear skies. Northeasterly winds around 5 to 15 mph. Lows in the mid 30s. Some may drop below freezing.
Friday: Mostly sunny. Northerly winds around 5 to 15 mph. Winds gusts up to 20 mph. Highs in the mid 50s.
