This Morning: Another warm start to your day with temperatures in the mid and upper 70s and lower 80s to get you out the door. Skies are clear across the region as high pressure continues to build over the state. Winds are southerly around 10 to 20 mph and will become breezier with gusts up to 30 mph. 

This Afternoon: Temperatures climb into the triple-digits across the Big Country again today. 100° for a high in Abilene. Skies will be sunny today as winds stay breezy with gusts up to 30 mph. A very summer-like day in store! Be sure to stay cool and drink plenty of water if you plan on being outdoors today. 

Tonight: Staying warm and breezy tonight with temperatures falling into the mid 70s with clear skies and southerly winds around 10 to 20 mph. 

Looking Ahead: Summer is not going anywhere anytime soon now that we have entered another summer-like heat wave and weather pattern. Staying breezy this weekend with plenty of sunshine and highs in the upper 90s and around 100°. Next week will be much of the same, skies will remain sunny to mostly sunny as highs stay in the upper 90s and around 100° still.
