This Morning: A more mild start to the day with temperatures closer to seasonal normals. Temperatures are in the 70s across most of the Big Country with a few locations dropping into the upper 60s this morning. Clouds have moved into the region associated with remnant thunderstorms moving southeast from the panhandle. There is a 10% chance for an isolated shower across portions of the Big Country through the early afternoon. 

This Afternoon: Clouds will begin to clear by the afternoon as skies become mostly sunny. Temperatures warm into the mid 90s across the Big Country. 95° for a high in Abilene. Winds will be southerly around 5 to 15 mph. A beautiful afternoon!

Tonight: Skies will become mostly clear tonight as temperatures fall back into the low to mid 70s again. Winds will stay southeasterly around 5 to 15 mph. 

Looking Ahead: Temperatures continue to warm through the rest of the week, back into the upper 90s with sunny to mostly sunny skies. Winds will also pick up into the weekend, as high as 20 mph Saturday and Sunday and into the beginning of next week. Another chance for rain moves in for the middle of next week.
