Here’s the Deal: A clear night with temperatures falling into the low-70s by Monday morning. Southerly winds 5-15 mph. Lots of sunshine in the afternoon will heat the region back up into the upper-90s, some locations could touch 100 degrees.
Into the Future: More clouds are forecast for Tuesday as moisture continues to pour into the state. Humidity values will continue to rise in anticipation of much needed showers and thunderstorms. A cool front and a couple of upper-level disturbances will help develop showers Wednesday and increase chances Thursday into Friday. Brief, heavy downpours are expected with a low threat for any severe weather. Rain showers are forecast to linger into the weekend but should be lighter and less widespread.
— Have a great week!
