Tonight: Another quiet night is here, with low temps bottoming out in the low to mid 50’s. Skies will stay clear with a light breeze around 5 to 15 mph.
Friday: Cooling off a little from today, afternoon temperatures will hover around the mid 70’s, with still sunny skies hanging around! Winds will pick up to a slight breeze, getting anywhere from 15 to 20 mph gusts at times.
Future Weather Discussion: Over the weekend, a weak disturbance will move through the Big Country, and that could give some of us a small chance of seeing some scattered showers and maybe a few storms by Saturday afternoon. The same will be said for Sunday afternoon/evening as well. Winds are going to ramp up over the weekend, gusting as high as 30 mph.
Looking ahead to next week, we’re eyeing Tuesday/Wednesday as another potential day to see some strong to severe thunderstorms here in the Big Country.
It wouldn’t be bad idea to keep an umbrella with you this weekend and parts of next week!
